1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CashFlow application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Accuracy of Information

The financial data, calculations, and reports generated by the CashFlow application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered into and generated by the App. CashFlow is a tool to assist with personal finance tracking, but it should not be your sole method of financial record-keeping.

3. No Professional Advice

The application does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. All outputs are for personal informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

CashFlow is designed to help you track and visualize your personal finances, but it is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Any insights, predictions, or calculations provided by the App should be considered general information only.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashFlow, its developers, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including financial losses, that result from the use of the application, including but not limited to:

Calculation errors or inaccuracies
Data loss or corruption
User misinterpretation of data or reports
Technical malfunctions or bugs
Decisions made based on information provided by the App
Unauthorized access to your data

You assume all risks associated with the use of CashFlow and agree that your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of CashFlow, you agree to:

Enter accurate and complete financial information
Regularly verify the accuracy of your data
Maintain secure backups of your financial data
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes

6. Privacy and Data Security

CashFlow is designed with privacy in mind. Your financial data is stored locally on your device by default. However, you are responsible for:

Securing your device with appropriate passwords or biometric locks
Protecting any exported data or backups
Understanding the security implications of any backup or sync features you choose to enable

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashFlow, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
